Custom Sausage Print E-mail

Kern's offers custom sausage manufacturing.  Bring in your boneless venison. We add pork and make it into summer sausage, landjaeger, fresh or smoked bratwurst, or polish sausage.  Your venison is not mixed with any other customer's meat.  A minimum of 25 lbs. applies to each type of sausage, but this can be achieved with the combination of your venison and added pork.

Pricing will vary depending on the percentage of pork added and your manufacturing requests.  Finished product averages from $2.50 to $3.00 per pound, without factoring in how much time and money you spent on getting that deer.

We can also make sausage with your elk, moose, antelope, or boar meat.  We do not make custom sausage from poultry, turkey or waterfowl.
