Catering has been an important part of Kern's Sausage since the early 1950's when we started making cold cut and cheese trays for the Frankenmuth Brewing Company. Then very quickly our catering business grew to include hot foods and full service meals for weddings, family gatherings, business meetings, company picnics, and all types of events.
